Thank you for your interest in the Oaks Grand Hotel, one of Gladstone’s most iconic landmarks as the venue for your next conference or event. At the Grand Hotel we strive to exceed our guests expectations by providing great food and beverage with fantastic customer service. All of our beautifully restored function rooms enter onto our balcony area which has views of the CBD.
To ensure your event is successful our Function Manager is happy to look after every details and is always actively engaged in your event from the booking to the planning, to ensure that your expectations and budget are met.

The Grand Ballroom
The MacArthur Room
The MacArthur Room is a large rectangular shaped room, filled with natural light with curtains that can be drawn for overhead projection purposes. In the room there is a 140 Inch retractable projector and a 70 Inch HDMI TV for your use. The doors open onto the balcony with views of the CBD. The room also offers a dance floor and stage area to cater for the larger functions and events. Our in house audio “Nightlife” entertainment system can broadcast easily across this room.
The Rockefeller Room
The Rockefeller Room is a rectangle shaped room with a choice of natural light or curtains for overhead projection. This room also offers a 70 Inch HDMI TV for your use. Doors open onto the balcony where you can see the views of the CBD, with our in house audio “Nightlife” entertainment system being able to broadcast evenly across the room. Situated next to the bar and foyer area, this room is perfect for smaller functions that don’t require a dance floor.
The Vanderbilt Room is a square shaped room with natural light available or curtains for overhead projection. The room offers a 70 Inch HDMI TV that is perfect for presentations. The doors of the room open onto the balcony from the conference area offering views of the CBD. The room has in house audio with our powerful “Nightlife” entertainment system.
The Grand Ball Room
The Grand Ball Room is a combination of the MacArthur, Vanderbilt & the Rockefeller rooms. The three rooms open up into an L Shape which is perfect for larger events or conferencing. If required, all TV’s & projector can display the same output.

Our function rooms can cater for intimate seated weddings or up to 300 guest cocktail style.
