Learn how to use The Oaks Apps
 
 
   
 
 Type www.oakshotelsresorts.com into your mobile internet browser and you will be taken to the Oaks Website Mobile Version. The mobile version will be displayed as above. To search for a hotel click on "Search Hotels".
 
   
 
 Hotels by Location page will appear. You can click on the location, check-in, check-out and guests fields to change any detail/s you like. Once you are happy with your selection click submit. The hotel accommodation option/s will appear like this. Click on the property, in this example "Oaks Goldsbrough Apartments". 
 
   
 
 The property chosen will then display the room type options available. Select your preferred room type. The room type and dollar amount will be displayed as per above. If you are happy with your selection then click next. 
 
   
 
 You will be prompted to enter your personal details as displayed here. Click next to proceed. You are required to pay for your booking in full, so please have your credit card details ready and enter them into the correct fields. Check the box to agree to the "terms & conditions" and finalise by clicking "Book Now" 
 
   
 
 If you are a MyOaks member you have the option to login and make a booking, the same as you would if you were booking through the Oaks Website. Type in your MyOaks username & password and click "Login"
 
   Contact Information
   
 
 Once you have signed into MyOaks a welcome page like this will appear. You can check your bookings and details and also make a booking from this page. Click on "Contact us" on the homepage and you will be taken to the Contact page where you can search for a hotel in a specific location.
 
 Find on a Map   
   
 
 Click on Find on Map If you choose Hotels Near Me, the GPS system on your mobile phone will locate your current position and will display hotels surrounding your location. The example above shows the Sunshine Coast area with Oaks Seaforth located as  the closest hotel.

 If you decide to "Search By Location", you can type in the location you want. In this example Sydney was the location searched. You can see a number of Oaks properties highlighted with the blue icons. You can hover over the icons which will display the name of the hotel and the amount per night.
